His Dwelling Place – 7
Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God.
I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith.
Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit lives in you? If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy him; for God’s temple is sacred, and you are that temple.
The Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Christ. … And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit, who lives in you. … I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.
Those who obey his commands live in him, and he in them. And this is how we know that he lives in us: We know it by the Spirit he gave us. … If we love one another, God lives in us.
If anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives in him and he in God.
Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
