Back to School, Back to Youಮಾದರಿ

Day 1: The New Rhythm
Back to school doesn’t just mean new routines for them. It’s an opportunity to reclaim structure, reset your rhythms, and ask yourself:
“What do I want my evenings to look like now that the summer is over?”
For many of us, the end of the day can become a cue for wine o’clock or checking out, especially during summer when boundaries are blurry and days feel endless. But now? You’re craving something more grounding. More life-giving.
Let’s talk about what that might look like.
When the school year starts, it can feel like everyone else’s needs get top priority. We focus on class schedules, packed lunches, carpools, and homework. But what about you? Jesus says, Come to Me. Not to your to-do list. Not to that evening glass of wine that promises rest but delivers regret.
Let’s choose a different rhythm that prioritizes internal rest, so you can wake up clear-headed and present. It doesn’t have to be dramatic because small shifts add up. And Sis, you’re worth it.
Reflection Question
What one thing could you release this week to make space for real rest?
