After disaster strikes, life as you know it changes. Normalcy is hard to hold on to. People are often hard-pressed to find even basic necessities, like food and clean water, much less soap and toothbrushes.

Pray that throughout the chaos of the days following the floods and the process of recovery, survivors will feel God’s peace in their hearts and minds. Pray that God will calm their anxiety and fears. Pray that they will feel His presence while they mourn. Pray that they will be comforted by Him and turn to Him during their time of need.
