While planning and preparation are good things, those external pressures can accidentally lead you to chase a life that is enough by the world’s standards rather than a life that’s defined by the plans God has just for you. God’s plan for you includes a hopeful future, which is great news. But don't let it overshadow the present! Choose to be present in the life, gifts, and talents you have today while trusting God to lead you toward what’s next.

Today, spend time in prayer, asking God to help you trust God with your future. Close your prayer by asking God to remind you that you’re still being used by God, right here and right now, in the life you have today!
