Have you ever been somewhere without phone service or Wi-Fi? It’s frustrating, isn’t it? Without connection, it feels like nothing works the way it should. Well, that same idea is true when it comes to our connection with Jesus. Jesus described Himself as the vine and us as the branches. A branch can’t survive or produce fruit without staying connected to the vine. It needs that connection for life; otherwise, it just withers away. In the same way, Jesus is our source of purpose, direction, and growth. When we stay connected to Him, our lives reflect His love and goodness.

Take a moment today to talk to Jesus. Tell Him you want to stay connected to Him. Ask for His help to see Him working in your life and to love others in ways that bring life and hope.
