“But among you it will be different. Those who are the greatest among you should take the lowest rank, and the leader should be like a servant.” ‭‭Luke‬ ‭22‬:‭26‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Choose to lead through your service. Selflessly serve others, Choose to lead others graciously. Choose to lead with compassion. Choose to lead in Love. Choose to lead with wisdom.

Choose to focus on Christ. Choose to be selfless. Let Christ lead your decisions. Let Christ lead your actions. Selfless leadership is a choice. Choose to serve selflessly.

Serve like Christ. Serve others with gladness. Serve others with joy. Choose to serve your family. Choose to serve others. Choose to serve those in ministry. Choose to serve those you lead. Choose to serve your colleagues.

Choose to serve your community. Choose to serve in the boardroom. Choose to serve behind the scenes. Choose to serve in public. Choose to serve the voiceless. Choose to serve the powerless. Choose to serve selflessly.

Leadership is more than a position—it’s a posture. Leaders serve. True leaders are servants to all. True leaders are not dictators—they’re navigators. True leaders navigate. True leaders navigate destiny.

True leaders selflessly serve and strengthen others. True leaders serve and build up others. True leaders strengthen and sharpen others. True leadership is not defined by a title—leadership is a calling. True leaders are drawn to the development and success of others. Choose to lead selflessly. For those who are great among you–choose to serve.

Prayer

Father God, in the Name of Jesus, I choose to surrender to You. I surrender to Your Way. Lead me as I lead others. I surrender my ways to You.

Father, teach me how to Love like You. I choose to yield to Your Voice. Father, I choose to bow to Your Name. Father, teach me to selflessly serve and strengthen others.

Father, teach me to build up others. Father, teach me to strengthen and sharpen others. Father, I surrender to You.
