My Hopeಮಾದರಿ

One of the greatest tools we have immediate access to is gratitude. Gratitude turns our bitterness into sweetness. We can have gratitude because God has gone before us, He has prepared a way, he knit us together in our mother’s womb, he's always had us in mind.
I’ve created a pretty regular habit of recalling my past. My days before God saved me or before he brought me through a rough season or before He brought healing to my body and it brings me to this place of deep gratitude and assurance in Him.
God has always been there. He was there before I was ready to rededicate my life to him as a young adult. He was there before I was healed. He is the reason I can so boldly come into prayer. He is the reason I can step into greater. He is my hope and my confidence because despite all my doubts, shortcomings and failures, He remained sovereign.
Prayer
Lord, you are sovereign. Thank you that you have gone before me. Thank you that you prepared a way for me. I am forever grateful. I’ve seen the way you’ve blessed me and changed me. My hope is in you. My confidence is in you.
