How to Lead People Who Are Not Like Youಮಾದರಿ

All the asking, listening, and learning must lead you to action. An effective Ally Leader uses what they’ve learned to create change, bridge gaps, and uplift those around them. The Bible calls us to be not just hearers but doers of the Word. This is where leadership comes alive. This is where impact is made.

The Apostle James tells us that faith without action is dead. Being an Ally Leader means standing in the gap for others—especially those who might not have the power or platform to advocate for themselves. What does it look like to take action as an Ally Leader? It means standing up for what’s right, even when it’s uncomfortable. It means using your influence to create inclusive spaces. It means being the first to reach out, even when no one else does.

Reflect on the ways you can take meaningful action in your leadership role. Are there areas where you’ve hesitated to speak up or to step in? Today, commit to one action that reflects your commitment to being an Ally Leader.

Let's Pray: Father, give me the courage to act on what I’ve learned. May my actions reflect Your love and lead to positive change in the lives of those I lead. Help me to be a voice for the voiceless and to advocate for those who are different from me, just as You have called me to do.
