OMNIPRESENCE OF GOD

Psalm 139:8 “If I ascend to heaven, you are there; if I make my bed in Sheol, you are there.”

We don't have to fly to the end of the world to find God. He is beside us and with us right now. He has always been by your side and will continue to be by your side. He does not come from afar to help us. God exists everywhere. He is in heaven, yet He is not separate from the earth. Even though His presence can be found lower (on Earth), He is not separate from the highest places (in heaven).

People thought that God was living someplace else, and perhaps, His presence would seasonally appear. Because of this, it was very common for the Canaanite people who were conquered by Israel to worship Baal, the gods of rain and land, and other idols. Until now, people still think God is in many shapes and created in many different ways and kinds. People continue to create other gods by their many ways.

The Bible clearly explains God’s presence. Kindly read and write down below what God said about Himself in the following verses. Psalm 139:7-12.

Where is God’s presence?
