Focus on breathing slowly in and out, counting to three between each inhale and exhale. After a few breaths, repeat the following phrase silently as a prayer: The Father Loves me beyond measure. I am a child of God, redeemed in Christ Jesus.

Before we spoke a word, the Lord knew and Loved us. Through Christ, God gives us every Spiritual Blessing and establishes our fundamental Identity as beloved Sons and Daughters of God. Who else in our lives may need to hear this today?

Respond

Lord Jesus, You have given me a new Identity through Your Sacrifice on the Cross. Help me to live a life that testifies to that Truth. Give me the Grace to help others find their Identities in You and to show them that they are Loved exactly as they are. Amen.
