Conclusion

Our tendency as we persevere to the end of anything is to try and “ease” our way over the finish line. But the life we are meant to live is not one of coasting, but of action. We should yearn to learn more about God, growing closer to Him each and every single day so that when we meet Him face to face, we have grown into the person He meant us to be.

So let us be always growing—like a plant toward a light source. Let’s be intentional about what we love and how we love it, developing a rhythm among our priorities. Let’s design, apply and test the framework upon which we are building a life. That is what the faith code is all about.

Prayer:

As this devotional comes to an end, Lord, we pray for the strength to press onward by faith, straining to what lies ahead for the prize set before us. May it always be so, may we grow closer to You day by day, with Your words, our source code, to guide us on our way.
