With the rise of technology like social media, we are constantly exposed to things that cause us anxiety and concern, even if they don’t immediately concern us. In this way, Psalm 131, seems like a very modern Psalm. It speaks with clarity into this digital age in which we live and shows us how to have a calm soul.
