Heavenly Father, I want to be an ambassador for Christ, but sometimes I am timid and afraid. You called me to proclaim the kingdom of God with all boldness, but I need access to the confidence that only comes through faith in you.

Help me remember that you are my helper and that man cannot do anything to me! Give me the confidence to draw near to your throne of grace and the words to fearlessly proclaim the gospel. I know that you did not give me a spirit of fear but of power, so today, I will not be ashamed to share what I believe.

Fill me with your spirit and empower me to complete the calling you have placed on my life.
