The First Letter of Johnಮಾದರಿ

We Hear, See, and Touch
Today, we will focus on what is called the incarnation of Christ. This is the fact that Jesus wasn’t only God, but He had the full human experience too. John writes that they have heard, they have seen, they have even touched Him. In this sense, Jesus is God that we can meet physically.
The incarnation makes fellowship with God possible. Our relationship with God should be real and intimate, not simply intellectual.
Devotional Question:
Is your relationship with God as intimate as you would like it to be? When last did you experience His presence like an embrace? Pray that you would experience God’s everlasting love in your heart and become quiet as you hear His singing over you.
About this Plan

1 John is one of the most quoted books of the Bible, and for a good reason: John understood God’s love in a special way. As we explore the pages of this book, let that be our main goal: to understand the love of God better and better, and to grow closer to Him.
