As we start this week’s reading, I’d encourage all of us to ask the same question Pharaoh asked in verse 2 “who is the Lord”? I really believe as heavy as these stories can be, that there’s an invitation to know God, to see His heart, and to know Him as Lord. God uses each conversation, situation and story to very clearly reveal His character to us.He gives us the opportunity to choose to believe that He really is who He says He is, and to shine light on every counterfeit compromise we would settle for by not choosing Him.
