God helps us bring heaven to earth. God's presence among us is heaven on earth. If that is the case, then the people of God should be coming together consistently to worship and be together so that heaven on earth can be experienced. This is exactly what the early church did. They got together to worship and take care of one another. They ate together, they prayed for one another, and they took care of each other. This is what we should be striving for when we are asking God to help us bring heaven to earth. We should be a community of believers who come together and take care of each other. We should be having meals together, worshipping together, and praying for one another. God wants us to take care of each other and be there for each other, because that is what heaven is like. Today, pray that your faith community can come together and be a place that loves one another. Also, invite your family to eat together for dinner and pray for the meal. Spend time talking about what's going on in your life and pray for one another.
