2 Corinthiansಮಾದರಿ

Because of what Jesus has done, The Holy Spirit allows God to make his home in our hearts. In response, we are to live set-apart lives in the midst of the cultures we find ourselves.
2 Corinthians 6:16 is a quote taken from Leviticus 26:11-13, as well as some other passages in the Hebrew Bible. Like God brought the Israelites out of slavery in Egypt so that they might be free and “walk upright” (Leviticus 26:13), we have been set free from bondage to sin so that we might live holy lives.
The Lord has freed us so that we do not need to live under bondage to the claims, ideologies, and pulls of society.
As we read today, let's ask God to reveal what it looks like to live a life of freedom in service of God in whatever context we find ourselves in.

We are going through the book of 2 Corinthians together! We will be reading one chapter every week as we usually do, but this time we have also included devotions and other passages to read on certain days. We hope you will follow along with us as we deep dive into Paul's second letter to the church in Corinth and seek to see what we can learn from it today as we seek to follow Jesus together.
