You Are Called to be a Saintಮಾದರಿ

Saints are heirs
“… giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light.” (Colossians 1:12)
Jesus Christ is the heir of all things. He has the highest position in the universe, above all earthly and spiritual powers. The Bible says that God’s children are fellow heirs with Him. The Lord keeps an “imperishable, undefiled, and unfading” inheritance for them in heaven. Nobody can ever take this away from them since God Himself keeps it safe.
This inheritance is not something they have earned themselves by their good behavior. It is theirs because they belong to Jesus. Being children of the Most High, they are princes and princesses in God’s Kingdom.
Being a Christian sometimes comes with huge costs. Many believers have experienced the loss of loved ones, the loss of career opportunities, or the loss of their earthly possessions because of their faith. Some have been disinherited by their parents when they became a Christian. But today’s verse is an encouragement for everyone who believes in Jesus. It’s all worth it. A glorious inheritance awaits you that nobody can take away or ruin since the Lord God Himself keeps it for you.
What does it cost you to be a Christian?
