Start With Prayer 7-Day Challengeಮಾದರಿ

Fill Your Prayers with Praise
Paul urges us to, “rejoice in the Lord always!” (Philippians 4:4). Not just on paydays, good days, or birthdays. But rejoice in the Lord always. It’s one thing to rejoice in the Lord when life is good, but when the odds are against you? It’s not easy, but it is possible. Lay claim to the promise of God in Colossians 1:17: “He is before all things, and in him, all things hold together.” Rejoice in the sovereignty of God. His throne is still occupied; his will is still perfect. And God uses everything to accomplish His will!
Today's Challenge: Pray a Prayer of Praise
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, you are the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. Your love endures forever. You are the great Provider, and you always take care of me. You give me a reason to sing. You are worthy to be praised.
When I have good days, let me have a thankful heart. When my days are long and I’m tired, give me a thankful heart then too. Whether things are easy or harder than ever, remind me to rejoice in your goodness.
Thank you for your presence each and every day, Lord. Especially on the most difficult days, I’m grateful to have you near. In your Son’s precious name, amen.*
