Developing Your Team's Character - Part II
College football coach Tommy Bowden developed a system to help shape the character of his football players called CARDS. Yesterday, we looked at C for commitment. Today we will consider A for accountability.
Whether a football team or a workplace, accountability is critical if you expect to get the most out of your teammates and reach your goals.
Jesus promoted accountability when he told the Parable of the Talents. In Matthew 25:28, we read, "Therefore: take the talent away from him, and give it to the one who has the ten talents."
Are your team members held accountable for their responsibilities?

- To whom are we all accountable? (see Revelation 20:15)
- Why is accountability such an important character trait in today's workplace?
- Why do you think some team members and employees lack the ability to be held accountable?
