Transforming Your Mindಮಾದರಿ

When you were younger, did you ever play the game where you looked at a zoomed-in picture and guessed what it was? You might have seen walnuts that look like brains or cells that look like entire planets. Perspective plays a significant role when we process situations around us. The same thing is true about an earthly perspective versus a heavenly one. Our perspective shifts when we allow God to transform our minds. Instead of focusing on small worries here on earth, we know that we serve a God who has already conquered this world and is doing much greater things. Isn’t it comforting to know that we serve a God who has already won every battle we could ever face? When God transforms our minds, it’s easier to look at our lives without fear. Our God has already won, and we have the hope of Heaven to look forward to one day! Challenge: What is on your mind today? Take some time to write down a few things that are in your mind- worries you might have about the day, things in the future, or thoughts that are getting in your way of focusing on Jesus. Pray about your list, and talk to God about the things that are in your mind. Then, rip up your list as a way of showing God that you are trusting Him instead of filling your mind with things that you cannot control!
