SOAP: 2 Corinthians 12:9 As we confess our weakness and surrender to Christ, He pours His grace and strength into our lives. Our Savior may not remove the weight of our difficult circumstances, but He always provides His sheltering presence and helps us to weather the storms of life. Jesus overcame death itself, so He is strong enough to handle whatever we are going to face today. Are you facing overwhelming hardship right now? Do you feel small in the shadow of your difficult circumstances? Understand that God often allows suffering for a greater sanctifying purpose. In our inadequacy, we grow more dependent on His sufficient grace that upholds us when we are too weary to walk on our own. Trust that His strength is perfecting all that concerns you. Lord, we need Your strength to face today. We can do nothing apart from You. Thank You for covering us with Your sufficient grace. Amen.
