Pray:  Welcome God into your space... Yes, again! This is so important because   inviting God/the Holy Spirit actually does work! Without it, it’s so easy to just go through all the steps and forget to make God a part of it.    

Listen:  If you have a hard time sitting in silence, it’s okay to listen to worship music   as you sit and give God at least a few minutes to say something.
