God doesn’t need our good works to love us, but He does want us to do good things to demonstrate His love in the world! He forgives us so we can forgive each other. He loves us to show us how to love others. And He gives to us constantly so that we can help one another. Our good deeds are the result of God’s work in our lives. Because of all God has done for us, we should be glad to do good deeds in His name. Think of a good deed you can do to help someone in your community. Make a point to show God’s love through serving that person this week.
