Luke’s Gospel is a beautiful and powerful telling of the life of Jesus. Luke focuses on Jesus as the Son of Man, the foretold Messiah who came to “seek and save the lost” (Luke 19:10). This Gospel shows us the “Upside-Down Kingdom” - that God uses what the world deems foolish and weak to shame the wise and strong.

This 27-day study examines the healing accounts of Jesus in the Gospel of Luke. How did He heal, who, when, why and what can you learn from Him? Jesus' healing ministry addresses body, soul and spirit. This study may change the way you view healing, and most importantly draw you closer to our Heavenly Father.

“The Sermon on the Mount” is the title often given to chapters 5-7 of the Gospel of Matthew. It is a summary of the teaching of Jesus. Although the other Gospels present some similar passages in other contexts, it is likely that Jesus actually delivered this speech on only one occasion, but then repeated the same concepts several times on other occasions as well. Matthew Henry, the great Bible commentator, says that the purpose of the Sermon on the Mount is “not to fill our heads with notions, but to guide and regulate our practice”.

God wanted you alive just so he could love you! The Bible repeatedly tells us that God is love—not that he has love; he is love. It is his nature, his character. In this 30-day reading plan, you’ll learn more about God’s love for you and how you can love him and others with his help. You’ll discover that the only reason there is any love in the universe is because your Creator is a God of love. And the only reason you are capable of giving and receiving love is because God made you in his image.

Your work matters deeply to God, but it isn’t always easy. Over the next 30 days, you’ll uncover and replace common lies about work, learn how to face conflict, anxiety, and failure head-on, and discover how to move forward when you still don’t love your job. Together, we’ll pursue God’s wisdom so you can glorify him in your work—even when it’s hard.

The following reading plan is provided to encourage you to dig deep into the Biblical message of generosity. It is here that we discover the good news that God has not only made us to be recipients of his grace but has also invited us to become participants in the movement of his divine generosity.
