Lowkey Legendsნიმუში

It’s really easy for us to believe that God- the author of life, the creator of the universe, in His infinite power and might- could never use us. He’s so big, and in the grand scheme of things we are so small. If we’re completely honest we see ourselves and our flaws amplified, and it’s very easy to convince ourselves that we have nothing good going for us. We believe we aren’t talented enough, or smart enough. We don’t have enough influence, or money and there is no way we can make any difference in God’s kingdom. Throughout this study we are going to read several stories from the Bible where God works through some of the most unlikely people. We aren’t talking about the royal families of Rome, or the highly influential politicians or religious figureheads of the day. We are talking about those the world probably considered foolish, or less than. We are talking about those who would not have any influence at all without a move of God. Scripture is clear in 1 Corinthians that God chose the things despised by the world for His glory. This occurs over and over again all throughout history. We see God write incredible stories and use very ordinary people to carry them out. God moves in amazing ways and it results in a collection of legendary moments and stories that feature some of the most lowkey or unexpected people. There is a lot that we can learn from them. Their faith will inspire you to pursue God like you never have before. Welcome to Lowkey Legends.

About this Plan

When you think of legends, you might picture epic heroes, larger-than-life leaders, or people with thousands of followers and perfect highlight reels. But throughout history—and especially in the Bible—God has always chosen the unlikely, the overlooked, and the ordinary to do extraordinary things.
