INVITING JESUS INTO the MESSნიმუში

You Don’t Have to Be Put Together
I used to think I had to get myself together before I could really pray, as if God only wanted the version of me that wasn’t crying in the shower. But Jesus doesn’t ask for the cleaned-up version of us. He invites the one with mascara running, the one who’s confused, angry, and still learning how to trust again. When He said, “Come to Me, all who are weary,” He didn’t say, “Come once you’ve fixed it.” He said, "Come now." Your mess isn’t too much for God. He’s not scared of your story, your questions, or your weakness. He wants to be invited in, not after you’re fine, but while you’re falling apart.
Healing starts the moment you stop hiding.
Reflection:
- What part of your story have you been trying to “clean up” before bringing it to Jesus?
- What would it look like to invite Him in right now?

About this Plan

Healing isn’t about hiding your mess, it’s about letting Jesus step right into it. In this 5-day plan, Amy Duggar King shares how to let go of control, bring your heartache honestly before God, and find peace in the middle of what still feels undone. You don’t have to clean up before you come to Jesus. He meets you right where you are, in the middle of the storm, the chaos, and the healing.
