I love the song, “In my life, Lord, be glorified!” We pray that God would be glorified in our lives; we sing about it, we talk about it, but what does God’s Word say about it?

John 15:8 states, “Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.”

God’s glory is seen when we share the gospel with others. When our lives become a light to others, showing them the way to God through Christ, we become that city on a hill that cannot be hid. A children’s song says, “This little light of mine, I’m gonna let it shine.” Faithfully share the gospel, and through that, give God the glory He so rightly deserves.
