Love Letters to Godნიმუში

Father, Draw me close to you. All throughout the day, may I meditate on your goodness and grace. I want to honor your name with every fiber of my being. I will glorify you in my walk, in my talk, and as I go about my day. May my demeanor, conversations, and attitude be a reflection of you. How can I be a representative of you if I don’t reflect you?
You do not operate in hate, selfishness, or blame. Instead you are kind, long suffering and patient. You do not desire for your children to perish. You want us to be free in you. So here I am, humbly submitting myself to be one with you.
You have done great things for me. There is safety, covering, and provision in your great shadow. Therefore, I abide in you, your will, and your way. You allow us free will, and I choose to walk with you each day of my life. I choose to draw in close to you, and I choose to serve you, the Most High God, with a cheerful heart. Who can compare to you and your great love?
Meditative Moment: Listen, God is a gentleman. He does not go against our will. We must give God permission to take over in our lives and our hearts. Make an effort daily to stay in the will of the Father that he may be pleased with our lives.
Today, take note of what may be hindering you from growing deeper in your relationship with the Father. What steps can you take to remove these blocks and press into his presence?
Prayer: Father, in the name of Jesus, help us to stay under your safety! Lead and guide us along our journey that we may be where you’d have us to be. You are a great protector and an awesome Savior! We want to reverence you. We are reliant on your light unto our path. Thank you for the privilege to come boldly into your presence and speak with you. The safety of your arms, your will, and your way is what we long for, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
