Waiting for (Christ)masნიმუში

How much longer?!?
We talked about the first Christmas–the birth of Jesus Christ–and the anticipation of waiting for His arrival.
I remember waiting for my son Zac to be born. Patience is a virtue I don’t naturally possess 😏, and I just couldn’t wait to meet the baby in my tummy.
He arrived five days past the due date, but by day two, I felt like giving up on waiting and had managed to convince myself that I would be the first woman whose baby would stay in her tummy forever 🤣🙈.
Waiting on the Lord, much like waiting for a baby, is full of anticipation and excitement; it is the kind of waiting that has us perched on the edge of our seats, full of anticipation of what His arrival will bring about in our lives!
I wait for the LORD, my whole being waits, and in his word I put my hope. I wait for the Lord more than watchmen wait for the morning, more than watchmen wait for the morning. – Psalms 130:5-6 NIV
Jesus wants to come into your life in fresh, unexpected ways, bringing new revelations and greater blessings. Wait on Him so You don’t miss it!
Practically, there are many ways to wait on the Lord, such as spending time in prayer, worship, Bible reading, and even complete silence.
I encourage you to set some time apart to actively wait on the Lord. Choose one of the mentioned activities and start with the prayer below:
“Lord Jesus, I am eagerly waiting for Your arrival in every aspect of my life. Today I don’t want to miss any of the blessings You have for me. Speak to me as I ____. In Jesus' name, amen.”
Hey! You are a Chamatkar.
