God Goes With You

Walking onto a college campus can feel like stepping into a battlefield with new classes, new people, new challenges, and sometimes new fears. My daughter called me her first week of college and said that she had never seen a class so big. 250 students! Maybe you feel small sitting in a lecture hall like that. Maybe you’re homesick and wonder if you’ll really make it at college. This verse is God’s reminder...you don’t face any of it alone. When you walk into class, God is there. When you sit at the dining hall, God is there. When you’re crying in your dorm at midnight, God is there. Courage doesn’t come from you...it comes from knowing that the One who goes with you will never leave you.
