Giving Thanks to God in the Wildernessნიმუში

His Word for Today: Book of Numbers 6:1-4
Today’s verse reveals Christ on the cross; vinegar, separation. (Ref Matthew 27:48) It was His role to be on the cross to bear the sins of mankind. So what is our role on this earth?
We are now God’s righteousness in Christ Jesus in the spirit because of His sacrifice on the cross. No sin that we commit due to our foolish choices both consciously or unconsciously can keep us from being righteous in His eyes. (Ref 2 Corinthians 5:21) And this gift extends not only to the past or present but also to future sins. (Ref 1 Peter 3:18)
This means that we have a role to play in the soul realm, that is the mind, will realm, to make conscious decisions to do what the Lord is calling us to do. Working out our salvation does not mean to earn our salvation but to fulfill the call released through our salvation. (Ref Philippians 2:12)
Today, let us reflect on the call He has placed on our lives. What are the gifts He has given us? (Ref 1 Corinthians 12:12-31) What are the desires and will that is on the inside that leads us to utilize the gifts to serve others? (Ref Philippians 2:13) What are the pains that we experienced in the past which the Lord has led us through to victory? (Ref 2 Corinthians 1:4) He wants to reveal Himself through us mightily.
May the Lord continue to richly bless you!
