That's something that is hard to imagine today, when people speak very publicly and often disrespectfully of people in the public eye, especially leaders.

After nearly a decade of forced labor and then exile, he continued to write, but did it always in secret. Every word he wrote put him in sheer danger, each secret word of faith and creativity, an act of immense courage, that could have brought even more severe punishment. But God has used his words to make a lasting impact on the world.
