Battle Ready: Standing Strong in God’s Strengthნიმუში

Day 3: Fight with Faith
Faith is more than belief; it’s trust, confidence, and action rooted in God’s promises. Paul calls it a shield, and with good reason. Faith extinguishes the flaming arrows of the enemy: fear, anxiety, guilt, shame, and lies.
When the enemy whispers, “You can’t do this,” faith responds, “I can do all things through Christ.” When he says, “You’re not enough,” faith remembers, “My strength is made perfect in weakness.” When fear presses in, faith proclaims, “The Lord is my refuge and fortress.”
Faith doesn’t deny reality; it sees reality through the lens of God’s power. It looks at the Red Sea and believes it will part. It faces the giant and declares, “The battle is the Lord’s.”
Your shield doesn’t have to be massive to work; it just has to be raised. Even a mustard seed of faith is enough when placed in God’s hands. The question is: Are you lifting it daily?
Today, choose to fight with faith. Hold the shield of faith high over your heart and mind, and let God’s promises shield you from every lie and fear.
