THE RIPPLE EFFECT: The Art of Discipleshipნიმუში

FORCE MULTIPLICATION
The U.S. Army Special Forces uses a strategy called force multiplication, which is a form of discipleship. This concept highlights that even small efforts can bring significant and lasting change. This leadership style prioritizes completing tasks while empowering others to lead, grow, and thrive.
When Jesus proclaimed, "Go and make disciples of all nations," he issued the ultimate call to be a force multiplier. This is not just a leadership strategy, but a spiritual mission. We are not just living out our faith... we're empowering others to do the same. The ripple effect becomes undeniable when we pour into others, identifying leaders and equipping them with the necessary tools... while developing a sense of spiritual connection and upliftment.
Consider how Jesus modeled this with his disciples. He didn't just teach them; He lived with them, challenged them, and ultimately commissioned them to continue His work. Those twelve disciples changed the world not by working harder but by multiplying their impact on others.
Believe it or not... we cast a pebble into the water whenever God grants us the opportunity to teach, train, or empower someone. The ripples we create are not ours to control or contain—they are part of a larger, meaningful plan, a ripple effect set in motion by God that we are all a part of, cultivating a sense of purpose and belonging.
