How to Redeem Your Timeნიმუში

Being filled with the Holy Spirit
In the text of Ephesians, drunkenness is compared to the fullness of the Holy Spirit. Usually, one overindulges in alcohol or uses drugs to silence one's dissatisfaction and disappointments, to experience sensations of being "high," or to feel happy and alienated from reality. By doing so, however, one loses full control of one's actions and becomes a victim of an addiction, which can produce illness and lead to death.
Extending the discussion to the spiritual sphere, we can say that everything that the spirit of this world offers leads in that direction. One is inebriated to the point of reaching states of spiritual drunkenness, which, once passed, leaves an ever-greater void. All this leads to a waste of time and energy, destroying the soul and the spirit, with consequences also in the body.
A completely different thing is the fullness of the Spirit of God, which produces well-being, awakens the spirit, invigorates the soul, and gives strength to the body to do His will and live every moment in the right way. Jesus himself, speaking to His own before offering His life, highlights how useful it is for the Consoler to be present in the life of every believer. Before ascending to heaven, the Lord ordered the nascent church to wait in Jerusalem for the fullness of the Spirit, where it would then receive power to be His witnesses of Grace to the ends of the earth.
I want to encourage you, without wasting any more time, to seek and receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit today. If you have already received it, I invite you to cultivate and revive this fullness every day, to live a 100% fruitful life, redeeming every moment for the glory of God and for your happiness.
