EquipHer Vol. 4: "Unlocking Your Power of Influence"ნიმუში

Day 3: Faith at the Center of Leadership
Our influence has its greatest impact when guided by faith. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us to trust in the Lord and not lean on our own understanding. When we invite God to guide our decisions and actions, He leads us to a leadership style that not only influences others but also advances His plan for our lives.
Moses is a powerful example of how faith can make all the difference in leadership. When God called him to lead Israel out of Egypt, Moses felt inadequate, uncertain, and even afraid (Exodus 3:11). But God reminded him that he would not be alone: "I will be with you" (Exodus 3:12). Just like Moses, when we feel unprepared to lead and accomplish what God is calling us to do, we can trust that God will be with us, guiding us and enabling us to influence others in ways we never imagined.
Reflective Question: How can you use your strengths and past experiences to positively impact and influence those around you, knowing that God has prepared you for this task?
Prayer: Lord, when I feel inadequate as a leader, remind me that I am not alone. You are with me, guiding me and empowering me. Help me trust in Your guidance in every decision and every step I take. Amen.
