You Can Do Hard Thingsნიმუში

Mission
Paul’s humility in saying he was the least of all the Lord’s people was probably a reference to his life before becoming a Christian. He condemned Christ followers, even giving the nod to stone some of them. Why would God choose someone like him to share the good news of Jesus Christ with anyone? We could each ask that about ourselves: Why did God choose to love me? Why would He make me a part of His plan to share Christ with others? The truth is, we don’t understand God’s ways. He chose Paul, a man with a dark past. When Paul came to Christ, he was made new (2 Corinthians 5:17). Each of us has a past rooted in sin. We’ve all made poor choices. Still, God chooses to work through us to deliver His love to this world. This calling is a gift. It’s part of God’s spiritual riches. It gives us a purpose beyond ourselves and aligns us with His kingdom. It’s through this kingdom work that we get to know Him better. It’s also the way we mature into strong sons and daughters of the King, worthy of His calling. What’s your mission today? How does God want you to share His love?
Prayer: Thank You for choosing to work through me, Lord. Show me my mission today.
