What If...ნიმუში

At the end of every week, we'll give you a challenge—something to try that might be outside your regular routine. Each challenge is designed to help you develop one important spiritual habit. This week, it's...
SPEND TIME WITH OTHERS
Read Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 and think about the importance of having friends who encourage you.
The people in our lives can have a big impact on our faith—and we can have a big impact on other people's faith too. But that doesn't happen by accident. Today's challenge is going to help you connect with at least one other person in a way that helps you (or maybe even both of you) grow!
CHALLENGE
Get together a group of friends to do a service project. If possible, choose something with a physical component, like nurturing a community garden, doing light construction, or organizing and cleaning out a non-profit's storage space. Put some muscle into it!
After you've completed the task, do something relaxing together, like going out for a meal, watching a movie, or hanging by the pool. Take time to appreciate a period of rest after engaging in hard work.

About this Plan

Curiosity inspires artists to look at what is in front of them and imagine something entirely different. God asks us to do something similar—to wonder what it might look like for things to be different. In this 4-week devotional series from Grow Curriculum, we'll chase our curiosity and discover what it can look like to care for the people around us.
