The Promise: Jesus calms my fears.

As the disciples sailed on stormy waters, the rains of difficulty may fall steadily on your heart and mind. But take courage! In the midst of the mist and swells, Jesus slices right through them to get to you. And He immediately reassures you that He is coming; he is here. When we admit our fears to Him, He rushes in with relief and strength. Take courage; Jesus is here.

There’s something about gathering with others in a shared space to listen to talented musicians that takes you to a calm place; often, live music becomes a spiritual experience as you marvel at the beauty of sound that God created.
