No Fear: Choosing Faith When I'm Afraidნიმუში

He Is With You
The prophet, Isaiah, shared words from God to the children of Israel to remind them that He is their Helper. Think of the Red Sea crossing, the desert manna, and Jericho walls falling. God had a history of helping his people. Yet they needed the reminder:
Don't be afraid.
He reminds you, too.
He is with you. He is with you when you have no idea what the week could hold.
Perhaps you do know what is unfolding; this is why fear grips your heart.
He is with you.
He will give you strength; he will help you.
He will hold you up when it feels like all of life is shutting down.
Have no fear; your God is always near.
He is near, and he holds your hand.
Will you pray with me?
Lord, thank you for being the God who helps me, who stays with me, who never leaves me. You hold me up with your right hand, and your strength exceeds my imagination.
A POCKET PRAYER TO CARRY EVERYWHERE
Lord, thank you for always being near, so I have no need to fear.
