God's Redemption Story (Exodus - Joshua)ნიმუში

Manna must have been an amazing food. It fell out of the sky like dew, could be cooked into a cake, and had all the nutrients the Israelites needed to march around the desert for forty years. What’s more, it started falling exactly when the Israelites needed it and stopped falling when they didn’t.
But as much as the children of God complained about not having food, they complained even more when God’s solution didn’t look like what they wanted. We do the same. We ask God for a job, but we don’t like the one he gives us. We need transportation, but we hate the old car that keeps running far longer than expected. We want God to use us, but we shudder when the pastor announces a need for kids’ church teachers.
If we believe that God loves us, we must believe that what he provides is for our good in that time—without complaining.
