Jehovah: A Name of Godნიმუში

Jehovah Raah is the name for today! It means "The Lord is My Shepherd" and is pronounced juh-ho-vuh rah-ah. Jehovah Raah is found 173 times in Scripture, the first being in Genesis 48:15.
Another instance where this name is used is in Genesis 49:24, "But his bow remained steady, his strong arms stayed limber, because of the hand of the Mighty One of Jacob, because Jehovah Raah, the Rock of Israel."
This name shows us that God desires to tend to us, to care for us, to protect us, and to have us as companions. Today, write down some ways God is your nurturer, provider, guide, protector, and friend.
For an extra challenge, read Psalm 23.
