7 Days of Building Courageნიმუში

Peacemakers
In a world of conflict, it is more courageous to pursue peace than pick a fight. One portion of the fruit of the Spirit is peace. Let’s look through the evidence we are given of the Spirit’s work in our lives in Galatians 5: love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
Notice within the fruit of the Spirit listed there is no charisma, wealth, heavy-handedness, or controlling others. Let’s be people of peace who are patient, kind, full of goodness, faithfulness, self-control, and joy. Though the powerful may intimidate with their resources, God does no such thing. Let’s promote peace whenever possible, extending mercy instead of vengeance. This is the way of the cross.
Act of Courage: Instead of jumping to conclusions and fighting someone because of it, slow down and seek to understand them. That is the way to pursue peace.
