We all face temptations. We’re all pulled toward things that may not be best for us. But one of the best tools we have to fight temptation is each other. When we’re tempted to give in, telling someone who cares about us what we’re dealing with can help us stay strong and get through it. We might want to say no to whatever is tempting us, but it's easy to give in when we feel like we’re in it alone. When we have someone else's support to encourage us, it makes it easier!

Ask an adult you trust to help you avoid temptation. Be honest with that person about your struggles and pray together to stay strong even when you are tempted.
