Our God Is ____ ?ნიმუში

OUR GOD IS TRUSTWORTHY
Who do you really trust? I mean really Trust. Would you trust your partner or a friend to choose your lunch? Yes! What about your holiday destination? Maybe. What about a new car or house? Hmmm…
We recently bought a new house and my wife, Jess, went along with me without physically seeing it. What pressure, oh, I mean trust. She trusted me so much to know what was good for our family and her. And thankfully, I did okay.
How much do we trust God? Do we trust Him to merciful when we are going through a struggle? Our god is merciful. Do we trust him to our future in his hands?
A bold and beautiful prayer is: God make my desires and intentions like yours. Basically, make me more like you, I trust your character, who you are, more than I trust myself. I love how this verse says “continually place trust in the name of Jesus.” This process doesn’t happen but once, but daily, as we ask Him to lead us and trust Him with our worlds and future.
Reflection:
What step could you take today to “continually trust” in Jesus today?
Prayer:
God, I thank you that you are trustworthy. I trust you! Help me to continually trust you in all things. When all is well, and when I’m feeling stretched or challenged.
