Those who put their faith in Christ are adopted into God’s family. As His royal sons and daughters, we have full access to the One who sits on the throne, and our inheritance is eternally secure. Because we are citizens of His kingdom, we should work together as one body to promote peace and point others to freedom.

Remember this world is not your home. On days when you feel restless with life, remind yourself that one day soon you will see the King of Kings face to face. Any suffering that we endure today will fade in the light of the glory that is to come.

Father, thank You for adopting us into Your family. Help us to travel light here on earth and not get too attached to the things of this world. Amen.
