Change can be scary, right? 

Well, the good news is that we have access to one of the best tools to help us deal with fear, and that’s Scripture. God’s Word helps us when we’re afraid. When you’re afraid or scared and you replace that with truth and hope from God’s Word, it can help you face the unknown.

(Hebrews 13:8) To try memorizing this verse. Listen to it. Play it on the Bible app, read it out loud, find it on YouTube, or put it in a song. Let it play over you when you find yourself facing the fear of the unknown.
