Then Solomon said, GOD said he would dwell in a cloud, But I’ve built a temple most splendid, A place for you to live in forever.

Then said Solomon, The LORD hath said that he would dwell in the thick darkness. But I have built an house of habitation for thee, and a place for thy dwelling for ever.

Then Solomon said, “The LORD has said that He would dwell in the thick cloud. I have built You a lofty house, And a place for Your dwelling forever.”

Then Solomon said, “The LORD said he would live in the dark cloud. LORD, I have built a wonderful Temple for you—a place for you to live forever.”

Then spake Solomon, Jehovah hath said that he would dwell in the thick darkness. But I have built thee a house of habitation, and a place for thee to dwell in for ever.

Then Solomon said, “The LORD has said that he would dwell in a dark cloud; I have built a magnificent temple for you, a place for you to dwell forever.”

Then Solomon spoke: “The LORD said He would dwell in the dark cloud. I have surely built You an exalted house, And a place for You to dwell in forever.”

Then Solomon said, “The LORD has said that He would dwell in the thick cloud. “I have built You a lofty house, A place for You to dwell forever.”

Then Solomon prayed, “O LORD, you have said that you would live in a thick cloud of darkness. Now I have built a glorious Temple for you, a place where you can live forever!”

Then Solomon said, “The LORD has said that he would dwell in thick darkness. But I have built you an exalted house, a place for you to dwell in forever.”
