The Holy Spirit comes to the prophets and teachers of the church at Antioch of Syria and calls for them to "Appoint Barnabas and Saul for the special work to which I have called them." (v2) And after fasting, worship, and prayer, Paul and Barnabas are sent off as the first international missionaries. Filled with the Holy Spirit, they sought off to see the great commission fulfilled.

Pray and ask God to show us how we can, as a church, prepare and send out our people to see the gospel spread "to the ends of the earth."
